People Management and Supervising

As we know, in management "One size does not fit all!'

How do we know, however, what lies beneath is a manager's natural style and how to help managers become aware of it and adjust their style to different individuals for maximum effectiveness?

The iWAM reveals motivations and attitudes that influence a leaders' communication and behavior with their peers or direct reports. A paired comparison between a manager and an employee (or a team leader and the team) helps identify similarities and differences that might serve as input for improving their communication, work relationship, and the manager's effectiveness by adjusting his or her management style.

The iWAM, unlike other assessments, provides specific recommendations on what motivational language to use - and what to avoid - based on one's dominant motivational patterns.
